Do you pick us up at the hotel?

Yes. Most experiences include round-trip transport from hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana & Uvero Alto. After you book we send you the exact pickup time. If your hotel is elsewhere, write to us and we will tell you if we can reach it.

How do I pay?

You do not pay anything online. You send a booking request, we confirm availability, and we agree the payment method with you on WhatsApp or by email.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before the tour. If we cancel because of weather or safety, you can choose another date or get a full refund.

Are prices per person?

Shared tours are priced per person, with a lower price for children. Private boats and private tours are priced per group. Every booking form shows the total before you send it.
